How do I book a tour?
Simply visit our Booking page, select your desired tour(s), fill in your details, and submit the form. We'll contact you within 24 hours to confirm your booking and provide payment instructions.
Do I need to pay online?
No, our booking system only collects your information and tour preferences. Payment is arranged after we confirm your booking via email or phone.
Can I book multiple tours at once?
Yes! Our booking system allows you to select multiple tours in a single booking. The total price will be calculated automatically based on the number of people and tours selected.
What is included in the tour price?
Each tour page lists what's included and not included. Generally, our prices include transportation, guide services, entrance fees, and selected meals. Flights, personal expenses, and tips are usually not included.
Can I customize a tour?
Absolutely! We offer flexible and customizable itineraries. Use the "Special Requests" field in the booking form to tell us your preferences, or contact us directly to discuss a custom tour.
What is your cancellation policy?
Our standard cancellation and refund policy is:
30+ days before travel: 90% refund (10% administration fee).
15-29 days before travel: 50% refund.
7-14 days before travel: 25% refund.
Less than 7 days before travel or no-show: no refund.
Date-change requests sent at least 30 days before travel are allowed once without an admin fee (subject to supplier availability).
Any non-refundable third-party costs already committed will be deducted from the refund amount.
Do you provide travel insurance?
We recommend purchasing travel insurance independently. We can provide recommendations for reputable insurance providers if needed.
What languages do your guides speak?
All our guides are fluent in English. We can also arrange guides who speak German, French, Spanish, Italian, Chinese, and Japanese upon request.
When is the best time to travel?
The best time to travel depends on your chosen destination. Our team will advise you on the ideal season when you enquire, so you get the best weather and experience for your trip.
Do I need a visa for my destination?
Visa requirements vary by destination and nationality. We recommend checking with your local embassy or the official government travel portal for your destination country well in advance of travel. Our team is happy to point you in the right direction.
