Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By making a booking through Anya Tours you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with a booking.

2. Bookings & Deposits

• A booking is confirmed only after receipt and verification of the required deposit payment.
• The deposit amount is shown during the booking process. The remaining balance is due as specified in your confirmation email (either via bank transfer before travel, or collected at the airport on arrival).
• All prices are quoted per person unless otherwise stated.

3. Payment

• We accept payment by bank transfer. Proof of payment must be uploaded via our payment portal.
• Payments are verified manually by our team, usually within 24 hours.
• All prices are in the currency shown on the tour page. We do not guarantee exchange rates.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• More than 30 days before travel: Full deposit refund minus a 10% processing fee.
• 15–30 days before travel: 50% of deposit refunded.
• Less than 15 days before travel: No refund of deposit. Balance payments already made may be refunded at our discretion.
• Cancellations must be notified in writing to support@anyatours.com.

5. Changes to Bookings

Date or tour changes are subject to availability and may incur an amendment fee. Requests must be made at least 7 days before the original travel date.

6. Travel Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring you hold a valid passport, visa, travel insurance, and any required health documentation for entry into Sri Lanka. We accept no liability for denied entry or trip disruption due to missing documentation.

7. Liability

Anya Tours acts as a tour operator and is not liable for injury, loss, damage or expense arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to weather, political events, natural disasters or third-party service failures. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance.

8. Force Majeure

If a tour cannot proceed due to events outside our control, we will offer an alternative date or a credit note. Refunds in force-majeure situations are at our discretion.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
